UFC 57: Liddell vs. Couture 3 was a mixed martial arts event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on February 4, 2006. It was held at the Mandalay Bay Events Center on the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada, and broadcast live on pay-per-view in the United States.

Headlining the card was an anticipated rubber match between top UFC stars and former coaches of The Ultimate Fighter Chuck Liddell and Randy Couture, widely touted and marketed as MMA's first major trilogy.

Chuck Liddell is Knucklepit’s Fighter of the Night for UFC 57. In the deciding match between Liddell and Couture, Chuck did all he said he would do prior to this title bout. The Iceman was able to defend against The Natural’s takedowns and took out Randy with explosive fists that sealed their trilogy.

It was a sports betting historic night at the Mandalay Bay Event Center, Chuck “The Iceman” Liddell successfully defended his UFC light heavyweight championship by knocking out Randy “The Natural” Couture in the opening minutes of the second round of what would soon to be known as “The Natural’s” final fight of his long, illustrious career.

The opening moments of the round saw both me extremely cautious and respectful of the abilities of their opponents. As Liddell circled awaiting his time to strike, Couture inched his way closer to the reigning light heavyweight champion.
